Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using Evoxa's services.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of services provided by Evoxa, a trading name of Apollo Services Pvt Ltd. By purchasing any service from Evoxa, you agree to these Terms.
"You", "Client", or "Customer" refers to the individual or business purchasing services. "We", "Us", or "Evoxa" refers to Apollo Services Pvt Ltd.
2. Services Provided
Evoxa provides the following services:
2.1 Website Setup (One‑Time Fee)
A one‑time service where Evoxa designs, builds, and configures your website.
This service must be purchased together with Website Hosting.
2.2 Website Hosting (Monthly Subscription)
A recurring monthly service that includes:
- Hosting infrastructure
- SSL certificates
- Backups
- Technical maintenance
- Domain management (see Section 5)
Website Hosting is required for your website to remain online.
2.3 Professional Email Hosting (Optional Add‑On)
A monthly per‑user subscription for business email services.
This service requires an active Website Hosting subscription.
2.4 AI Chatbot & AI Voice Services
AI solutions may be delivered through partner platforms.
These services depend on third‑party availability and may have usage limitations.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Upfront Payment Required
All fees — including the Website Setup fee and the first month of Website Hosting — must be paid in full before Evoxa begins any work.
No work will start until payment is received.
3.2 Subscriptions
Website Hosting, Email Hosting, and any AI service subscriptions renew automatically each month via Stripe.
3.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- Evoxa may suspend or disable your website
- Email services may stop functioning
- DNS and domain access may be restricted
3.4 Refunds
All payments are non‑refundable, including:
- Website Setup fees
- Monthly hosting fees
- Email hosting fees
- AI service fees
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Supply any required content (text, images, branding)
- Respond to Evoxa in a timely manner
- Not use Evoxa services for illegal or harmful activities
- Not misuse AI systems or attempt to bypass safety controls
5. Domain Ownership & DNS Control
5.1 Domain Ownership
All domains purchased through Evoxa are owned and controlled by Evoxa, not the client.
You pay a hosting fee to use the domain as part of your website package.
5.2 DNS Management
After purchase of the corresponding subscriptions, Evoxa manages all DNS settings, including:
- A records
- CNAME
- MX records
- TXT verification
- Email routing (only if you have paid for a professional email subscription)
Clients do not receive direct DNS access.
5.3 Domain Transfer
Domain transfers are not included and may not be available depending on the domain provider and contract terms.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Client Content
You retain ownership of any content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.).
6.2 Website Build
The website design, structure, and code created by Evoxa remain the intellectual property of Evoxa unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.3 AI‑Generated Content
AI‑generated content may be non‑exclusive and may not be unique to your business.
7. Service Availability
Evoxa aims to provide reliable and stable services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
Hosting, email, and AI services rely on third‑party providers. Evoxa is not responsible for outages, downtime, or performance issues caused by external platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Evoxa is not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption
- Evoxa is not liable for issues caused by third‑party providers
- Evoxa’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days
All services are provided "as‑is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination & Cancellation
9.1 Client Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal.
Cancelling Website Hosting will result in:
- Your website going offline
- Loss of access to the domain
- Email services stopping
No refunds are issued for partial months.
9.2 Evoxa Termination
Evoxa may suspend or terminate services for:
- Non‑payment
- Abuse or misuse of services
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal or harmful activity
10. Privacy & Data Handling
Evoxa collects minimal personal data necessary to provide services.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- AI messages may be processed by OpenAI or partner platforms.

11. Changes to These Terms
Evoxa may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
